Creamy Raw Tomato Soup

Deliciously creamy raw tomato soup. Made entirely from fresh raw ingredients, this tomato gazpacho can be whipped up in 5 minutes and is as gourmet as it gets. Ideal as an appetizer. Raw, vegan and gluten-free.


  • 6 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • Half Lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 Medium to Large Avocado
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

For Serving:

  • Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
  • Black Pepper
  • Dried Basil and Oregano


  1. Chop the tomatoes and red bell pepper and add to the blender along with the lemon juice.
  2. Peel and core the avocado and add the avocado to the blender.
  3. Add the dried basil, oregano and crushed garlic.
  4. Blend.
  5. Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Pour out into bowls.
  7. Garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of black pepper, dried basil and oregano.
  8. Serve immediately.
