    Mango Berry Fruit Salad

This sweet and juicy mango berry fruit salad is the perfect summer fruit salad. Serve with a sprinkle of nuts for a satisfying breakfast.

Isn’t mango just the most delicious fruit? It’s summer right now where I am so if you’re across the world and currently experiencing winter (i.e. no mango in sight!) don’t hate me for putting up a mango berry fruit salad right now.

Just bookmark this recipe and when you see those mangos (and strawberries) make an appearance you’ll know what to do.

This is my favorite fruit salad, it’s so juicy and sweet and the flavors combine perfectly. Add a sprinkle of almonds and walnuts and you have a meal.

I love to add nuts to a fruit salad as not only do they provide a lovely contrast in texture but they combine perfectly with the fruit to make the meal more satiating.

So this fruit salad is a meal in itself, ideal for a satisfying breakfast.

    Ingredient Notes & Substitutions

This fruit salad is just 6-ingredients: mangos, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, almonds and walnuts.

If you can’t get a particular ingredient, you can substitute for others. Sliced kiwi fruit and whole seedless grapes go super well in this salad too. As does pineapple. Cashews and macadamias are also delicious in this fruit salad. So if you need to substitute any ingredients, look at any of those options.

    Make Ahead and Storing

These are fruits that keep well and don’t oxidize much so this is a fruit salad you could make ahead of time and take to work with you or take with you on a picnic.

It will store well in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
