Mango Berry Fruit Salad


Description

Sweet and juicy mango berry fruit salad with a sprinkle of nuts! This delicious summer fruit salad is wonderfully satisfying and ideal for breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 Large Mangos
  • 20 Whole Strawberries
  • Large Handful Blueberries
  • Large Handful Raspberries
  • Handful Almonds
  • Handful Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangos, slice the strawberries in half and toss together.
  2. Throw in the blueberries, raspberries, almonds and walnuts and toss together.
  3. Serve immediately for a delicious fruit meal.

Notes

*Pineapple, kiwi fruit, whole seedless grapes, cashews and macadamias all go fabulously in this salad, so if you need to make any substitutions, these are great options.
