    Mango Orange Smoothie

This mango orange smoothie has only 2-ingredients and tastes like those sorbet fruit lollies you ate as a kid. Refreshing and delicious.

This mango orange smoothie consists of only 2 ingredients and you can whip it up in record time.

It tastes like those sorbet ice lollies you ate as a kid, and it’s cold and refreshing and ideal for a snack on a warm day. Or a cold day. Any day really.

It’s also perfect for a light refreshing breakfast or to fuel you up pre or post-workout.

And then it’s insanely healthy too. Get your fruit serves in for the day in a most pleasurable way indeed.

And it’s so easy to make! It’s just two ingredients: frozen mango blended into freshly squeezed orange juice and bingo – you get to drink this amazing mango crush shake.

You’ll also love our mango smoothie and our strawberry mango smoothie so try those too.

What Goes Into This Orange Mango Smoothie:

    Ingredient Notes

    • Frozen mango. The frozen mango you use can either be store bought, or if mangoes are currently in season, peel a few mangoes, remove the core, chop them into pieces and freeze them in a freezer safe bag so that they’re ready for smoothies anytime. I do sometimes find that home-frozen mango is more delicious than store-bought, but either one will do just fine.
    • Orange juice – should be freshly squeezed. You can buy it ready-made or make it yourself.

How To Make A Mango Orange Smoothie

You will find full instructions and measurements in the recipe card at the bottom of the post. This is a summary of the process to go along with the process photos.

    • Add freshly squeezed orange juice to the blender jug followed by frozen mango.
    • Blend very well until completely smooth.

Tips For The Best Mango Orange Juice Smoothie

    • A high speed blender. It’s ideal if you have a high speed blender as you can make this smoothie really smooth and delicious. We use (and love) our Vitamix.
    • Serve cold. Since this mango orange smoothie recipe is made with frozen mango, it’s ice-cold automatically, there’s no need to add extra ice and dilute the flavor. But you ideally want to drink it immediately so that it’s at peak coldness and the most refreshing.
    • Storing tips. You can keep leftovers stored in the fridge (covered) for a day or two, though it’s best served immediately.
