Peaches and Cream Chia Pudding


Gorgeous peaches and cream chia pudding that is rich, creamy, sweet, satisfying and really good for you too. Vegan, gluten-free and all that good stuff!


For Decoration:


  1. Add the chia seeds, coconut cream and maple syrup to a mason jar and shake vigorously until well mixed and then place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Layer the chia pudding in small sundae glasses with peach slices.
  3. Top with more peach slices and some whipped coconut cream (optional).
