Creamy and delicious strawberry mango smoothie. Containing just 4-ingredients this vegan smoothie is ready in 5 minutes and perfect for a healthy breakfast.
- 2 cups (~10.5 oz / 300g) Frozen Strawberries
- 2 Mangos (~14oz / 400g)
- 2 oz (56g) Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 cup Plain Water or Coconut Water
- Peel the mangos and add the flesh to the blender jug along with the water or coconut water. Then add the frozen strawberries and cashew nuts.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour out into two glasses and serve.
