Description

Super simple and versatile tahini salad dressing. Creamy, smooth, tangy and fresh, this vegan salad dressing can turn any simple salad into a gourmet event!


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt*
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper*

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a measuring jug.
  2. Whisk with a hand whisk until completely smooth.
  3. Pour over your salad and enjoy!

Notes

*You might want to use more salt and pepper, just taste test and see how you like it.
