Pumpkin Fudge

Easy 5-Ingredient Vegan Pumpkin Fudge


Decadently delicious 5-ingredient vegan pumpkin fudge. This super easy fudge is packed with pumpkin flavor and topped with crushed pecans for a fabulous dessert treat. Vegan and gluten-free.


  • 1 and 3/4 cups (437g) Cashew Butter (Homemade or Store-bought)
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Maple or Golden Syrup
  • 1/2 cup (112g) Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Coconut Oil (Melted)
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (Homemade or Store-bought)
  • Pecan Nuts (optional, for topping)


  1. Add the cashew butter to the food processor and then add the maple or golden syrup, pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Pour out into a parchment lined 9×9 inch square dish.
  4. Top with crushed pecan nuts and more pumpkin pie spice.
  5. Place into the freezer to set then slice into squares.
  6. Keep in the freezer, it doesn’t freeze solid but maintains a perfect consistency when stored in the freezer.
