Easy Homemade Vinaigrette

This easy homemade vinaigrette is the best thing on salads! It’s super easy to make and tastes amazing. Learn how simple it is to make your own vinaigrette from scratch.


  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper


  1. Add all the ingredients to a measuring jug and whisk together with a small whisk until well combined.
  2. Taste test and adjust as needed with a little more salt and pepper for more flavor. If you use a different vinegar other than red wine vinegar, then you may want to add a teaspoon of maple syrup for flavor balance.
  3. Pour over your salad and enjoy!
  4. Keep leftovers in the fridge and enjoy within one week.


*One batch of this dressing (as per the recipe) will make enough vinaigrette to dress a salad large enough for 4-6 people.
