Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a measuring jug and whisk together with a small whisk until well combined.
  • Taste test and adjust as needed with a little more salt and pepper for more flavor. If you use a different vinegar other than red wine vinegar, then you may want to add a teaspoon of maple syrup for flavor balance.
  • Pour over your salad and enjoy!

Notes

  1. One batch of this dressing (as per the recipe) will make enough vinaigrette to dress a salad large enough for 4 people.
  2. The photos of the dressing are a triple batch of this recipe, which was enough to fill the bottle pictured.
  3. Keep leftovers in the fridge and enjoy within one week.
