Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Tahini (60ml)
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • ½ tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • tsp Sea Salt
  • tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a measuring jug.
  • Whisk with a hand whisk until completely smooth.
  • Pour over your salad and enjoy!

  1. You might want to use more salt and pepper, just taste test and see how you like it.
  2. This recipe makes approximately ⅔ cup.
  3. You can store leftovers in the fridge for 5 days. Some separation may occur, just whisk it up again and enjoy.
