Zucchini Noodles with Tahini Sauce


Fresh and delicious zucchini noodles topped with tahini sauce. This vibrant and colorful vegan meal is bursting with flavor and goodness! Raw and Gluten-Free.


  • Baby Spinach
  • 4 Baby Green Zucchini

For the Tahini Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1/2 Lemon (Squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

For Serving:

  • Fresh Sliced Tomato
  • Sesame Seeds


  1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and then place onto a bed of baby spinach.
  2. Add the sauce ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the top of the noodles and serve with fresh sliced tomato and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
