- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Medium Frozen Banana (100g)
- 1 cup Fresh Mango (165g)
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries (300g)
Add all the ingredients to the blender jug starting with almond milk, then almond butter, maple syrup, frozen banana, mango and strawberries.
Blend until very smooth.
Pour out into glasses and serve immediately.
- Almond milk - can be replaced with a different milk, whatever you have on hand will work.
- Almond butter - can be switched for any nut butter that you have on hand with slightly different flavor results.
- Maple syrup - is optional and can be omitted if you like.
- Frozen banana - whenever you have extra ripe bananas on hand, peel them, break them into quarters (or smaller) and then place them into a freezer safe bag or container and freeze them. That way they're always ready for smoothies.
- Strawberries and mango - we used fresh strawberries and mango but if they're out of season you can use frozen fruit.
