What a great smoothie! My husband recently bought a massive bag of frozen cherries on a whim, so I was glad to find a healthy way of using them. I made the recipe exactly as written. I made a double batch right after finishing the first batch to satisfy the hungry family. The frozen bananas make it almost like an ice cream shake! The solid to liquid ratio is high, so it helped to have the tamper at the ready.

Made this so I could crush up my vitamins and not taste them hecause they are smelly and rather big. And I wanted a good way to mask the flavor. I used chocolate soy milk just to add more flavor. Very good drink.
Hey! Can you taste the banana? I don’t really like bananas, but I love cherries. Is there something I could replace the bananas with if you can taste it?
Hi Abigail, the fact that the bananas are frozen (seems to blunt the ‘banana-ness’ of them a bit) and there are cherries and nut butter, I don’t think the taste is very banana at all, but since you don’t like bananas, you might have a different opinion! I’m not sure of a great swap, you could try frozen mango, it would be a very different taste but likely good! š
This smoothie looks amazing! Perfect for a quick breakfast!
